The context:
Leaving your beloved pet with someone else is personal and stressful. Leaving them with a stranger requires a real leap of faith. So to grow, Rover needed to overcome a major barrier to booking: trust.

While the category focused on making pet care more convenient, our research uncovered a deeper anxiety holding pet parents back: they worried their pet was too particular, too idiosyncratic, too unique for someone new to really understand and care for them properly.

So rather than simply telling people Rover sitters are trustworthy, we set out to prove it by showing how deeply Rover Sitters understand the weird little things that are truly sacred to each pet.

The truth:
No two animals are alike, and their ‘thing’ is as unique as they are.

The POV:
When a Rover sitter gets something as specific as your pet's thing, you trust them to get the big things, too.
